In this 20th issue, CIEX Journal presents research papers about thesis titles regarding linguistic and cultural content, the use of new technologies in the classroom and factors affecting English teaching in rural schools by national and international researchers, and an essay about how B.A. students learn. This issue aims to promote the publication of research findings and values in English language teaching.

The editors are national and international reviewers who critically evaluate and offer some suggestions for each work. This process also includes the use of the software “Plagious” to guarantee the originality of the papers published.

Lastly, the journal announces a call to all the professionals involved in language teaching and applied linguistics within national and international educational backgrounds to submit articles or essays for review and then circulation.
