The Design of a Mobile App for Improving the English Macro Skill in BA Courses

Mobile apps help users in various fields, including education. Teachers and students can enhance English learning by using an app that develops both language skills and technology use in class.
This study followed a qualitative approach to collect and analyze participants' experiences, opinions, and suggestions. The action research method was used to examine the situation and propose solutions.
Findings indicate that a mobile app can help students practice and improve their English skills anytime and anywhere. These results highlight the importance of innovation in English learning within a BA course and serve as a foundation for developing a future mobile app that meets the needs of other courses and proficiency levels.
