A Teaching Aid to Foster Positive Attitude Changes in Young Students

Abstract

Teaching an English seminar on Tourism Management –to a group of 9 non-native speakers and undergraduate students of a Bachelor of Arts in English Letters – was interesting and gripping, but it also sounded uncommon. Actually, it was a very tempting opportunity that, in time, turned out to be a challenge in many ways. After trying to convince them of the importance of learning about these topics, when thinking of giving up, the use of online technology changed the students’ attitude and got them involved in the seminar.
